Thanks for writing this. I have DID as well, and this also would have triggered the living daylights out of me. Luckily my therapist is vaccinated and thinks anyone who voluntarily isn’t is probably narcissistic or avoiding their own trauma.

It’s shocking how many in the counseling industry are incompetent, stupid, or as you point in your rape example, downright malicious.
