The first example of Audrey Hale did come to my mind, but I would hesitate to classify this as “woke intolerance” until we saw multiple incidents of this sort that clearly indicate political motivations, like we do on the far right. The far right is committing almost entirely all of the political violence (https://www.nytimes.com/2022/05/17/briefing/right-wing-mass-shootings.html ). As it stands right now, this is probably a deranged personal revenge act. If it becomes a trend that even comes close to matching the far-right, obviously I will change my mind. It is more dangerous to create a false equivalency where the far left (responsible for 4% of violence) is treated as the same threat as the far right, which toxic centrists like to do so they can assume the moral high ground without doing any real thinking.

Your 2nd point is laughable fearmongering nonsense (https://juliaserano.medium.com/transgender-people-bathrooms-and-sexual-predators-what-the-data-say-2f31ae2a7c06). It doesn’t deserve to be entertained as an argument.

I don’t particularly support Dylan on a beer can, as I somewhat alluded to, mostly because I think mega corporations pursuing social justice issues is a sardonic contradiction and serves to whitewash the real problems of intolerance. In other words, they just want money, they don’t give a shit about trans people, so giving some inane lip-service while simultaneously giving ammunition (in a metaphorical, not real sense) to demagogues and lunatics isn’t ideal. But I don’t care really, and it doesn’t annoy me, nor should it for anyone sane. That’s the point. It me bothers me that it bothers people, because if this offends you, you’re a child. Who are the real snowflakes here?

As for my sarcastic caricature, perhaps it’s not fair. It hints at a larger problem the left has, which is what to do about the intolerant? The woke are only intolerant of people who are intolerant, which creates a strange double-bind, considering their goals of universal rights and tolerance. Since I’ve so rarely (if ever) seen anyone change their mind with viable logic and facts presented, given my rights of freedom of speech I choose to mock them. I engage if anyone says something reasonable, which you did by bringing up Audrey hale. But it is a real problem and I don’t have an satisfactory answer, since I am not the Buddha and cant have universal compassion for every living being yet.
